We are a privately owned company directly employing 47 staff, split between our Suffolk Headquarters and our developments across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. In order to meet our business objectives, we work with an extensive chain of suppliers, sub-contractors, and professional bodies with whom, collectively, we are committed to manage the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking in every part of our business.

Due Diligence

• We will continue to assess and manage any risks of modern slavery and/or trafficking to our business.
• We will monitor our supply chain to ensure all suppliers and sub-contractors are aware of their obligations and encourage them to do so where appropriate.
• We will keep under review our pre-qualification standards for the instruction/appointment of new suppliers and/or sub-contractors.
