Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service you have received from Bennett Homes during the first two years of your home warranty, please let us know so we can investigate. You should contact our Customer Care Team who will try to resolve the matter.

Please provide your contact details and state the nature of your complaint with as much information about the problem as possible. Your complaint will be acknowledged, and you will be kept advised of its progress.

However, if matters are not resolved to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer the matter to NHBC. NHBC provides a resolution service and will assess the dispute against the terms of your warranty policy. They may refer the matter to the Consumer Code’s independent Disputes Resolution Scheme. An independent arbitrator may then be asked to consider the complaint and provide a ruling as to what action is required. Any decision is binding upon both parties. Your legal rights are not affected by this process.
