Making Moving Easy

When it comes to moving house, we want to ensure that it is an exciting and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

At your first appointment with us, we will introduce you to your dedicated Home Adviser who will be your single point of contact throughout the buying process, to moving-in day.

Later on, subject to build stage, your Homes Adviser will invite you to the development Show Home where you will be able to personalise your new home by choosing your kitchen, worktops and tiles. You will also have the opportunity to select upgrades and optional extras from our comprehensive range.

We know how important it is to settle in as quickly as possible and that's why we offer a complimentary Handyman Service* who will come along shortly after you have moved in to do some of those time-consuming but essential jobs that turn a house into a home.

Before your moving-in day, we will invite you to a Home Demonstration visit where you will be given a full briefing on how everything works and, shortly afterwards, our Customer Care Department will be in touch to see how you are getting on and to ensure everything is running as it should.
