For more than 75-years, as a company we have won many prestigious awards for our outstanding customer service, our commitment to quality and our performance as a growing business.

This includes being named House Builder of the Year by the National Federation of Builders six times, most recently in 2023. As one of the construction industry’s most coveted accolades, this recognises our success in combining the professionalism of a national developer with the attention to detail of a small local builder, as well as our innovative approach to delivering homes specifically designed for today’s lifestyles.

We were also eleven times winner of the previous Daily Express British Housebuilder of the Year Award.

Our high standard of customer service has been recognised in regional awards too, including the Eastern Daily Press Customer Care Award and the Anglian Business Awards.

Operating our business in a responsible manner has resulted in appearing in The Sunday Times Profit Track 100 on four separate occasions.

Our commitment to our staff, many of whom have completed over 20 years’ service, has also been rewarded with the Investors In People (IIP) accreditation.
