New Hunstanton development
Bennett Homes has commenced the infrastructure works at its new St Edmunds Park development off Cromer Road, in Hunstanton, Norfolk during October.
To minimise the disruption to local residents, it is working in collaboration with Norfolk County Council to ensure that the works are carried out at the same time as the Council’s own road closure for routine maintenance.
Bennett Homes’ initial infrastructure work includes creating a section of footpath along Cromer Road and the installation of a new toucan crossing.
The company will also be making a significant financial contribution to educational provision within local schools.
St Edmund’s Park comprises two, three, four and five bedroom homes, with an attractive mix of houses, chalet bungalows and bungalows. A total of 120 properties will be built, including 24 affordable homes.
The layout of the development gives a spacious feel and incorporates a woodland walk, with easy access to both Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton for shops and other local facilities. It’s also within easy walking distance of the beach and just 30 minutes’ drive from King’s Lynn.
Edward Parker, Managing Director of Bennett Homes said: “We are delighted to be back in Hunstanton where we have built many homes over the years and feel a special affinity with the town.
“St Edmunds Park is already attracting a great deal of early attention, with potential buyers requesting details of the properties, the first of which will be released in 2020.”
