Final phase of new homes at The Signals
Bennett Homes is marking the release of the final phase of homes at its popular development at Watton with an Open Day on Saturday 18th May, from 10.00am-4.00pm – with free fitted carpets for reservations made on the day.
The Signals, which is a former RAF site and located on Norwich Road within the attractive Norfolk market town, has proved a very popular choice since it was first launched, for first-time buyers, growing families and active retirees.
Recently named House Builder of the Year for the fifth time, Bennett Homes is launching the final phase of homes comprising two, three and four bedroom houses and two and three bedroom chalet bungalows and bungalows – several of which are ready to move into for the Summer.
A number of homes are also available on a Shared Equity basis, where buyers fully own their own homes but only pay 75% of the market value.
All are traditionally-built and designed for contemporary living, including open plan layouts and highly-specified bathrooms and en suites and located on a development which has a spacious feel, incorporating open green spaces and landscaping with trees.
Dawn Urry, Sales & Marketing Manager at Bennett Homes said: “We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to the launch of our final phase of homes at The Signals so they can see at first hand what it will be like to live in this attractive rural setting, with local amenities on the doorstep.
“All the homes provide spaces for contemporary living, incorporating features we know are important such as open plan areas, fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, worktops and upstands, downlighting and efficient heating systems.
“The government’s Help to Buy Scheme is available to assist buyers in raising the deposit required and on the Open Day, we will have an Independent Financial Adviser on hand to talk to buyers if they wish.”
Watton offers a wide range of facilities: schools, supermarkets, sports centre, independent shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a weekly market. It is ideally located for rail links from Watton to Thetford, Norwich, King’s Lynn and Cambridge and from Attleborough (a 30-minute drive), to Cambridge, Peterborough and London King’s Cross.
Prices start from £131,250 for a two bedroom home.
