Showhome launch at Sproughton

Bennett Homes is launching a new fully-furnished showhome at its Church Meadow development at Sproughton, with a Spring Open Day on Saturday 13th April, from 10.00am-4.00pm – with a gift of free fitted carpets for reservations made on the day.

A range of three, four and five bedroom homes are already available to purchase on this low-density development which has been designed to blend with the surrounding landscape of fields and woodland and features a wealth of open green spaces and generous parking.

The 30 high quality architect-designed homes, located on generous plots, include the latest energy efficiency features, some incorporating solar panels on the roof.

Dawn Urry, Sales & Marketing Manager at Bennett Homes said: “We are delighted to showcase our Church Meadow development which offers contemporary living in an attractive and convenient village location, with easy access to the rest of Suffolk and beyond. Our team of Home Advisers will be there on the day to show visitors around and answer any questions they may have.

“Already the homes are proving very popular with buyers and we have taken a number of reservations since we released the first phase of properties earlier this year.”

In addition to offering homes for private sale, Church Meadow also has a small number of properties available for purchase on a shared equity basis, with buyers paying just 80% of the market price, with the opportunity to purchase the remaining 20% share at a later date if they wish.

Sproughton is an attractive Suffolk village with a church, public house, community shop and various groups with the River Gipping running through it. The location is convenient for the A14 and only three miles from Ipswich for shopping and cultural activities. Local amenities include a pre-school and Church of England Primary School in the village, rated Ofsted ‘Good’, shop, outdoor gym and children’s play area.

Prices start from: £264,995 for a three bedroom home.
