Abbey Gardens opens to buyers at weekends

Award-winning housebuilder, Bennett Homes has just extended the opening hours of the Show Home at its popular Abbey Gardens development in Thorpe-le-Soken – to give buyers more flexibility over the Summer months.

It is now open from 10.00am-5.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays when potential purchasers can visit, look around the fully-furnished Show Home and talk to a Home Adviser.

Abbey Gardens comprises 40 traditionally-built high-specification two, three, four and five bedroom homes ideal for contemporary living and conveniently located in an attractive village just six miles from the coast and within easy reach of Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich.

Perfect for first time buyers and growing families, it incorporates green space and landscaping and is adjacent to an area of allotments. All properties come with a garage, carport or parking space and private garden.

Many additional features are included in the purchase price including a Rangemaster oven (Plots 18-24) or integrated Bosch oven, integrated dishwasher, chimney-style extractor hood in kitchens and superior quality bathroom fittings.

Dawn Urry, Sales & Marketing Manager of Bennett Homes said: “We are delighted to extend our Show Home opening hours over Summer weekends to give buyers greater choice in terms of visiting times.

“Abbey Gardens is proving very popular and feedback shows that buyers appreciate the size of the development which is smaller than others in the area and has a spacious feel with attractive landscaping.”

Thorpe-le-Soken offers a range of facilities nearby including pre-school and primary school, GP Surgery, Express supermarket, spa and gym facilities, as well as pubs and restaurants.

There are excellent road links to Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich and regular rail services from Thorpe-le-Soken to London Liverpool Street, Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Norwich and coastal resorts.

Prices for homes currently available start from £235,000 for a two bedroom house.
