Making Moving Easy

At Bennett Homes, we are committed to ensuring that moving is an enjoyable experience for all our customers.

At your first appointment, you will meet your dedicated Home Adviser who will be your single point of contact throughout the buying process, to moving-in day.

Later on, subject to build stage, we will invite you to our Nowton Head Office to choose your internal fixtures and fittings – including kitchen unit doors, worktops and tiles – at our dedicated Customer Choices Centre. Your Home Adviser will also talk to you about our comprehensive list of optional extras for your new home, including conservatories.

Shortly after moving-in day, our Customer Care Manager will come along to introduce themself and make sure that you are settling in and everything is running smoothly.

We also have a unique portfolio of special schemes to help you. These include being approved under the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme; a Part Exchange Scheme to help make moving more easy and enjoyable taking away the stress often involved; and a complimentary Handyman Service shortly after moving-in day to do many of those time-consuming but essential jobs that turn a house into a home.
